 The grapes for this wine were harvested extremely ripe and then barrel aged for three years as wine in french oak barrels. Dense, rich and powerful, this gently fortified late harvest Zinfandel captivates the senses.Dripping with multiple layers of sweet wildberry jam, butterscotch, sundried currants, and dark chocolate. The caressing texture adds momentum and depth to the already expansive frame. Pair with caramel pot a crème, white chocolate soufflé, blue veined cheeses and walnuts or the love of your life a roaring fireplace and all the chocolate you can eat. Enjoy now or hold until 2040. |
